Medications

Current:

Rivaroxaban 15mg once daily

Levothyroxine 75mcg one daily

Perindopril 6mg once daily

Pravastatin 20mg once daily at night

Paracetamol 1g when required

Previous:

Amoxicillin 500mg

Apixaban 5mg twice daily

Colchicine 500mg three times a day for seven days
