Posterior circulation stroke

Past Medical History:

Hypertension

T2DM

HOCM

LVH

Glaucoma

​

Details of Admission:

Admitted following acute onset right visual field changes and unsteadiness.  NIHSS 3. Initial CTH/CTA showed nil acute. Went on to have an MRI showing an area of restricted diffusion left occipital lobe. Treated with DAPT. Had PT/OT and was discharged home after 3 day admission.
