There is an area of restricted diffusion in the left occipital lobe suggesting recent infarct. Minor small vessel disease.

 

Echocardiogram 08.08.2016

The left ventricle is hypertrophied but this has not significantly changes from echocardiogram 09.2010. 

Estimated ejection fraction 55%

No major valvular pathology.
